About Aniline Blue (Spirit Soluble) for Microscopy

Aniline Blue which is soluble in spirit is also known by the name Soluble Blue or China Blue. It is prepared by combining water blue and methyl blue in an appropriate proportions. This can also be offered in its concentrated form without blending any chemicals. The chemicals involved are diphenyl rosaniline, triphenyl rosaniline and trisulfonates. This is works as a dye which is highly demanded as a biological dye in various industrial sectors such as research development, laboratories, etc. During Fluorescence Microscopy, under violet light, it appears to be yellow-green in color. Our offered Aniline Blue helps in staining collagen in Masson's trichome and plant tissues.
