Bismarck Brown Y(G) for microscopy is a diazo dye. It is utilized in histology for staining tissues. This plasma stain is used for cartilage, mucine and goblet cells. Effective in plasma staining, its synonym comprises Basic Brown 1, GX, Excelsior Brown, and Bismarck brown G. The biochemical product has key application areas such as dyes and stains.
